The Snuggle Program at Over the Rainbow Early Learning Center is designed for children from 6 weeks through 30 months of age. From social cooing, to learning to walk, to discovering language, these milestones are shared and cherished for each child.
With a low staff-to-child ratio, caregivers build a relationship of trust based on knowing each little one’s own personality. Physical care, emotional nurturing, and intellectual stimulation set the stage for the positive growth and development.
Areas of care include social and emotional nurturing, sensory-motor stimulation, cognitive-intellectual development, and a team of dedicated caregivers and loving parents bringing it all together for each child. The Snuggle Curriculum includes exploration of self, family, community, language, animals, nature, music and art throughout the year.
Through the years we have learned that consistent, positive attention from a loving caregiver is crucial for a child’s healthy development. By working together, parents and caregivers will ensure the smooth transition from home to our center. With daily communication, they will reinforce the bonds between home and our center and build a strong foundation of support for the child’s ventures into the social world.
